I present to users a new add-on called RHVoice Voice Manager, which is a small tool for automating the download and installation of voice add-ons for the RHVoice synthesizer.
The manager allows you to download and install only official voices from the developer’s website at rhvoice.org.
After installing, open the menu in NVDA > Tools > RHVoice Voice Manager.
In the manager’s dialog window, there are tabs with languages. When selecting them, the list displays the names of synthesizers along with their status (Not installed or Installed) as well as the voice version.
For uninstalled voices, an “Install” button is available.
For installed voices, a “Remove” button is available.
On downloaded voices, the status reads “Will be installed after restart.”
After clicking on the “Close” button, NVDA will restart, and the voices will either be installed or removed depending on the tasks performed.

Information about available voices is loaded from:
https://rhvoice.org/download/packages-1.16.json
Therefore, if a new voice is added here, it will also appear in the add-on.
However, not immediately, since the file packages-1.16.json is cached by the user for 24 hours.

%APPDATA%\nvda\RHVoice-config\packages
Note: Starting from version 2026.02.28, the server address has been changed to the add-on developer’s personal home server located in Russia.
The reason is that the official server “rhvoice.org “, located outside of Russia, is inaccessible from Russia without means of circumvention.
