Captain synthesizer
Russian and Ukrainian speech synthesizer for NVDA screen reader based on the Captain synthesizer by Gennady Nefedov.

1. Introduction
Captain is a free, highly configurable compact synthesizer that targets on ensuring high-performance work of screen reader users due to instant response and “mechanical” voice that preserves articulate speech at a high reading speed.

2. System Requirements
- Version of NVDA starting from 2012.3 and later (in NVDA below 2019.3, the synthesizer installs and runs in reduced functionality mode).
- About 800 kilobytes of storage space.
- The operating system and computer specifications that match the system requirements of your version of NVDA (see NVDA menu > Help > User Guide > System Requirements).
